Hey Jonathan, I noticed in your post you were talking about rad support bushings. I looked in my garage and found a new set for a 66/67 GTO. When I purchased the kit for my Lemans the company sent the wrong ones. If they will work for your car, you are welcome to them. Let me know ok.....

Good on you for the energy with which you're tackling this Jonathan.....

Nice progress....., and I'm sure the end result (and knowledge gained) will be well worth it.

Nothing like doing it yourself

Nice work Jonathan! Remember more is less as in many light coats of bondo save a lot of elbow grease later !

Just looked through all the pics in tread. You are a brave young man Jonathan at your age I never would of dared try to tackle a job like this.
Even now I do some of my own work but nothing near what you are doing.

i have so much respect and admiration for this kid, at 17 I was one of the last few kids of my era doin this stuff. Kids now at 17, drugs, guns, gangs, violence, parenting. Kudos to this kid Jonathan. Hats off to you. If my son does 1/2 of what you did I will be a proud poppy.
So many kids not getting into this hobby and into other crap and video games.
I remember my buddies saying hey termeer you work 40 hrs a weekl go to school fulltime and put every dime in that worthless bondo impala. I fiured I had something to show for it vs their hangover, and bush bash parties that thye drank away their part time jobs with. My car wasnt much but I was sure proud of it. I earned it. I worked for it. My brother helped me immensly with it and without him it would have been parked more than driven but driving myself to school made me so proud. I felt I was carrying the torch for so many generations of gear heads. STarting with nothing.
Hats off to your Jonathan. If their is anything I can ever do for you.....if your ever stuck , in need.....call me.
Ill help you before I help the kid who is spoon fed, pissed up at a bash that daddy bouht him a car.You own that you are building it and at 17 your skills far superseeded mine. Your parents should be so proud. I know if I was your dad I would be and out there helping you.
