I started this some time ago, paying for 3 kids in college slowed progress, but you may find some ideas.

hey everyone,

It,s been awhile since ive posted anything on here soo i thought i should give a little update on my pontiac,

currently im not doing much on the old girl but im making plans to get alot done this summer. im going to buy a lincon 180 mig welder from canadian tire(because of my discount) and a new engine hoist i have my reasons! lets call it a suprise

and because of my age i won`t be able to get insurance for my car because of its age untill im 25 =( but that gives me enough time to build the car im going to be happy with soo the body will be lifted off again this summer to do a proprer job on the floors and rockers! i just want to make an overall better car

on another topic i got my intrepid back on the road after some body repairs (DIY) i parked it at a frends house and it sadly got hit and run soo the front end is black aswell as my leaky exhaust driving a hole in my ear i swapped that out on my driveway for a thrush glasspack it made the car quiter then before thankfully

soo i have a car to drive and a full time job  soo everything on my end of the earth is going well and i hope eveyone is doing good, hope to hear from everyone soon

jon

Just went through your thread. Great fab work, looks like it comes natural. Looks like you have more determination than guys twice your age! Lots tear it apart, buy the shiny stuff, but can't handle fixing/putting it back together. Keep up the good work! You put a light behind the sheet metal after welding to find pin holes.........that's a pretty big pin hole!winkbiggrin
