very cool project.  I had the offset bolt valve covers on my 58 Pontiac.  I think is a 55 to 58 thing.

Up for sale is a my 1958 Chevrolet Yeoman 2 door wagon.  Never heard of a yeoman?  Thats becuase it was only made for one year 1958.  The Nomad was a 4 door for that year.   This car is super rare because it is an original V8 Canadian car with a 3 speed manual transmission.  The body is primered and solid.  the floor pans and interior need work.  Had the motor running this summer.  It is the correct 283 V8 two barrel engine.  I cant tell if it is the original engine but all outer details say that it is.  The valve cover bolts are splayed instead of inline with each other which a a 1958 only thing.  I am selling because I am starting my own business and a family.  Those have to come first.  This isn't a jump in and drive car this is a project.  Like most Alberta old cars mice have gotten to the interior.  I haven't done any work to it since I bought it this last summer other then get it running.  Factory color was turquoise and white.  Once restored you will have a very rare and valuable car.  All trim which is very rare cause it only fits a yeoamn is inside the car and all complete and good.  I have the rear bumper for the car as well.
My price is low do to it being winter and the price is fare and firm.
The car is stored in Bonnyville, AB two and a half hours north of Edmonton.  Give me a call Dustin @ 780-812-5365 for more details.
I will be adding the proper km's soon I dont have it with me.   PLEASE!

The staggered bolts went out in 57 on usa cars,

But hung around on canadian built cars until about mid 1961 or so.
58 canadian cars all had them, then it was hit-and-mis thru 1961.

I have a set of canadian heads that are dated either 61 or maybe early 62 that are staggard, so dont tell me i am wrongbiggrin

Hopefully it is "stored" and not laying out in the field.

i love that car, if i was able to i would even get rid of the 59 for it. My 59 283 has the staggered bolt pattern as well.

Correct, valve cover bolts are offset,  it is the only difference tho.

Car is long gone sold. I didn't realize someone posted the add on this site. Sorry for any confusion anyone. It's sold to a gentleman in Lethbridge Alberta who collects 58's. Thanks Dustin
