mid 70's GM cars 8.5 posi diff differences

I was just curious to know what's better between a "Corporation type" safe-T-trac or "Eaton type" I have a Corporation type in my 1973 and 75 Pontiac Grand Am, also can it be changed to a Eaton type or the housing is different for the axles...

Thanks, I didn't  find the info I was looking for there but found it in another forum and they say the Corporate (bolt in axles) is better than the Eaton ( c clip axles) type Safe T trac, too bad they don't sell these posi units new anymore ?

I got the same bolt in axles 8.5 dif adapted to my Beaumont out of a 76 buick. Also get 11 in. drums instead of the 9.5 the beaumont came with. Now I have 11 in. Disk in front and 11 in. drums rear.
