64 parisienne ignition switch removal/replacement

seems pretty straightforward. any help? ive got a factory shop manual, but it seems to deal with only new tech for '64 in detail; that is to say, it doesnt cover this. i doubt its complex but its something i have yet to do, and could use some hints. thanks.

If memory serves me right, you have to turn key to ACC then put a piece of "thin" wire in the hole in ign. cyl. & "pop" out the cyl & key, then un-screw the bezel lock nut from dash & remove the switch!! Anybody else????
