1971 lemans Convertable USA ,ys400 engine

Hi guys or gals, I am restoring a 1971 lemans convertable with the GTO eduro nose job, it has a correct YS400 engine thanks to this website. The carb is a 7041264 quadrajet and the TCS vacuum controled advance system ( transmission controlled ) the TCS solinoid receives vacuum from the carb base as well as from a manifold source . Does anyone have a unmodified Pontiac or a friend with one. I need to know the routing of the vacuum lines as well as where any T junctions occur. Thanks. Greg

This site might help you with your vacuum line routing. It really helped me with my Firebird

Thank you, that is a great site. I see now that 455 ho has a three line TCS switch while the 400 has a two line TCS switch. That solves my dilemma.

Have fun

Greg
