5-6-7 Can pontiac body panels


Hi the 567 pontiac sheet metal except for( headlite area of fender and top rear fin ) and all glass and doors and floors are the same as chev .  the can pont used the same iiterior as well .  Also all window trim inside and out and wiring are the same So no excuses  ,  Get Restoring.  little ontro ::  lic mech , lic autobody&collision cert welder fitter all posision all metals  45 yrs exp ; cars I have 55 pon conv. 55 2dr 55 4dr 56 2dr ht  56 4dr all are projects  have owned 55 56 57 pon since started driving, any ? ask    Jerry

 Darryl maybe you should get one. Can i recomend a 1957 Pontiac. That way you could expand your horizons as well as your car collection. Cheers. George.

I will apologize if he is legit .. no reason he shouldn't be,,,,, but his opening statement does not ring true.. and I hope he clarifys his introduction.wink

( I have a 56 wagon and have owned 2 57 's ,  I may have some knowledge of interchange.. )biggrin

Sorry i forgot to mention the frame on 567 Can  pont is same as  chev, motor, trans ,rear , all suspension & breaks also same  the chev 6 was 235 the pon was 261 because of extra weight of car, the 265  8 in pon had pontiac embosed in valve covers,  the American pon had 2 different wheel bace lengths , 1 was Buick for sure the other  could have been Olds or a shorter Buick frame  hense a totaly  different length 6or 8 in quarter panel from door back to rear. So once again lets get restoring them Can Pon.   Jerry
