1966 Biscayne 427/425 Canadian 1-family owner WOW!

Heads up. Car in the Greater Toronto Area. Sold new out of Gorries Chevrolet-Oldsmobile in Toronto.

I'm posting it in the lounge because there is no price. It is going through ccpauctions this weekend (basically now). Not my car. Take a look, gearheads:

Think this one was on here before?  Wonder what it will sell for?

It will be interesting to the history of it.

I was at the auction yesterday (may have bought something) and I saw this car.
It is stunning and is getting alot of attention.

Anybody near the GTA should get out and go to this auction. It's only 18 dollars to get in
and you'll see alot of great cars.

There was alot of bargains yesterday, maybe not so many today, but still a great indoor car show.

Regards, Scott (LandShark ....)

That makes it either a 74ish LeMans or a Caddy.

Hi John: Yeah it looks good same color and all, just as well the garage is full now. My buddy parked his boat this morning in the last empty bay. Maybe we can catch up next week for coffee. I'm heading back to work on the 11th of November and won't be back for a few months. no

Sounds good, I'm starting 4 days on tomorrow, so towards the end of the week, I'll head up your way. I'll call first.

do we know if this one sold?

Yes, it sold for 52,000.

There were quite a few bargains to be had too. I was bidding on a '61 GMC Custom pickup (nicely hotrodded).
I had spoken to the owner at length earlier and he said he had 30,000 into it, even without his labour.
He was hoping to get in the high 20's. So, at one point, I'm in at 20,000 and he all of a sudden lifts the reserve.
Wow, I had already decided to get out at 20, but all of a sudden I'm the high bidder with no reserve.

Anyway, a couple more bids came in and I dropped out.

The auction website has the results posted here : http://www.ccpauctions.com

Regards, Scott

Wow nice 61 Apache! And the Suburban looked nice too... 55 Nomad went for 25g, 60 Brookwood with 348 for 11g! That seems cheap! Hope you had fun
