They must have took it camping on their weekend cruising, easy fix!!!!!! Solid looking car but is that Ontario Undercoating all over the engine bay?

The Ad says never modified anything. Hmmmm

The paint is obviously not original as is the stripe and AIR system is not on engine which was standard emmssion equipment on the 2bbl 350 Chevy in 73 & 74. It is still a nice looking car, not worth the asking price though. That's why it has been for sale for over as year.

That oily engine bay is giving me nightmares. Been there, done that, got the greasy t-shirt. Nice colour combo though!

My car was covered in that stuff too, it was pretty standard post deal closing sales pitch back then. Te dealers were actually doing it. I remember Dad getting it on the 73 LeMans and they were nottoo careful. It probably worked since my 73 has survived all these years. It is by no means perfect but it is no rust bucket either.

I did so many cars engines bays that started like this to where I could pop the hood at cruise night proudly....Just some GM engine shampoo, pressure washer, tooth brush and some time. Then clean, repaint and voila....

Its alot of work. I have done it atleast to 10+ cars and find the rewards worth it....call it a passion of love....

I am suprised at the amount of posts this thread is getting for the car and its price.

BELIEVE ME DARRYL, YOU WOULD NOT WANT IT. I DROVE IT LAST AT THE END OF AUGUST. JUST AROUND THE BLOCK WHEN I RE-ARRANGED THE GARAGE.
