Energy suspension throughout on my '69, good stuff, only issue was the front sway bar musn't have been
lubed properly when the shop did the install, squeeked for a long time, especialy after a drive in the rain.
Just kept squirting lube at it and it eventualy settled in.
What type of grease is the specialty type for installing poly bushings. I bought a complete set for the 55 front end and there is no tube of grease in the box.
I've got energy here to do my rear end when I swap it. Have motor mounts, trans mount and upper & lower a arm bushings in poly and never heard a squeak yet!

Here is part of the instruction I got with my set and says to grease with supplied grease. Its came in a small yellow tub. Its a synthetic grease. When I first opened it I thought it was vasalene but is more tacky in texture. Here is a link for the energy susp. Grease.
Used energy suspension poly bushings here. Pretty easy, especially the back ones. Front ones were miserable to do. No squeaks here, just have to make sure you use lots of the supplied grease. For some reason as far as I remember I had to reuse 2 of the oem shells in the back though.... It's been a while.
Made a big difference... Fronts will be coming out very soon though in place of a big upgrade :)
