Anyone hear of a Beaumont Cheetah (Convoy Motors?) selling recently

at auction for 400,000+

Someone mentioned it tonite at a cruise but the info seemed sketchy,

I wonder which auction.. cuz nothing is selling for that kind of dough.. even a cheetah. a z16 would be lucky to get that kind of money.. and WAY more people know about them..

I have spoke to that guy his name is Ron out of Ontario. He has told me all about this car that could possibly be the real deal , however from his story it sounds beyond repair. Real nice guy we have chatted for a few hours in total on the phone about the situation. I have hooked him up with George and am also keeping my fingers crossed waiting on the return phone call.

good luck with $400,000+ on a cheetah, good luck. Car would have to be prestine, have full history and documentation and one hell of a understanding ol lady, even then good luck.

I talked to the guy a few times but I think he was just fishing for info as he couldn't even show us even one picture of the car.
