Boy, has this car ever been kept clean (where it is supposed to be) and original all these years.

The Bel Air Sport Coupe was last offered in the U.S. in 1962, after that through 1969 it was offered as a 2-door post sedan. From 1970-onward the Bel Air coupe was Canada-only, and as a hardtop no less.
I see that the car has a Tuxedo Black 2-tone on the roof, another Canadian thing.
Inline sixes were getting downright rare on the big cars on that generation. I do remember a brand new 1971 Biscayne 6-cyl in my neighborhood with a 3-speed. I have also seen the odd Bel Air. I seem to personally recall seeing about 7 or 8 1972 big Chevies with inline sixes, which is sort of surprising. I have only ever seen one 1973 Biscayne with a six and have heard of no others, although supposedly they made about 700 Bel Airs with sixes in the U.S. in 1973 (never heard of any out there).
