Seafoam,  I use it in everything I own.  Used to use other stabilizer's but alway's had residue, with sea foam no more problem.  The stabilization is a secondary attribute to seafoam the primary is cleaning of the fuel system and for diesel's it's a instant deicer.   Ty

It might also be a good idea to fill the tank with Shell 91. It doesn't contain any ethanol, or at least the Shell 91 we get here doesn't.
Mind you, I've been storing my car for several years with 10% ethanol in the gas and so far I haven't had a problem. Ethanol is harder on rubber and it does attract water so I'm sure it would be better for the fuel system if you used gas with no ethanol.

Thats what I've done for years. Sometimes I will remove the battery.

That'll work as long as premium is "ETHANOL" free!!!  Shell & a few others work but you "HAVE to ASK"  Not all premium's hit the mark!!!!   Down South Pete

I'm new to Seafoam (couple of months), just tried it out because of what I read/recommended ......I used it in the oil to cut some tappet noise in my Nissan truck.

Followed the instructions, drove it for awhile and gave it an oil change.....no more noise.

Recommended it to a friend with a big block.......same thing with noise......Seafoam added, then an oil change, noise is gone.
