1952 Fleetleader Deluxe

I have a neighbor with a 1952 Pontiac Fleetleader Deluxe. He is looking for a replacement differential as his is worn out. Any resources would be appreciated.

That's the idea & why we are asking about parts resources. It needs the complete carrier & gear assembly (spider gears, ring gear, pinion, etc). The spider gears have small chunks out of them, the pinion can actually be moved up & down in the case.

We looked on Chevy's of the 40's. We found the ring & pinion conversion along with the diff bearings. But the spider gears inside the carrier are not listed, which of course are the parts that are really bad. Sould we be looking under another year?

I have the full rear axle and front components from my 1950 Pontiac Streamliner. If you need it, let me know. I removed it from my car as I am doing a resto-mod on an Art Morrison frame.
