This guy has my car. Can not get a hold of him for some time.
I have serial number of car.
If anyone has information on this guy. Please email me. This ad was posted with the Kijiji
I DON'T BELIEVE THE THE RCMP WILL BE ACTIVELY SEARCHING FOR THIS CAR. THEY WILL JUST HAVE RECORD OF IT AS STOLEN IF IT TURNS UP SOMEWHERE IN THIER TRAVELS. I BELIEVE THE POINT OF HIS AD IS TO GET CAR PEOPLE ON THE LOOKOUT FOR IT. THE COPS WILL DO NOTHING UNLESS THEY HAPPEN TO STUMBLE UPON IT OR SOMEONE GIVES THEM A TIP TO ITS WHERE-ABOUTS.
So why has this guy not been arrested for this ? The add says the police agree with him that it is stolen. They new who took it. No arrest warrant for this guy ?
I know John strike and if he has this guys car and not giving it back there's a damn good reason (unpaid bill no doubt) He's not stupid and is probably holding it under the terms of the garrage keepers act This is the reason I got out of the restoration biz people tell you "whatever it takes do it" then when the bill is due they try to screw you and claim your ripping them off.
Thanks Dave, all too often there is a second side, much different than the first side. You would think the police would be involved if there's an actual theft taking place.
