What a neat car. Looks like they wanted the luxury and power of a Grand Ville and the sportiness of the intermediate.

Yes, too nice of a car to pass up, everything works, even came with (4) eight track tapes.

came with documentation (1) owner etc.

Needed a battery and positive cable, not a big fan of the 455 V8, but she runs real sweet.

That thing is a survivor and it is loaded. It is actually a Luxury Lemans with the standard factory skirts. Power bucket seats, factory power sliding sunroof, tilt, pw pdl. I hate to use the word "rare" but it is rare.

Here is a clickable link to the ad : 73 Luxury Lemans 455

I would say that car is a real score and deserves to be preserved. A lot of folks don't like the 73-77 models but I think that particular car is a real beauty. The 455 Pontiac was a torque motor that should never exceed 5000 rpm. Keep it from rusting or deteriorating because it will be very difficult to bring back once it does.

Definitely a great looking and equipped car. If it is Canadian I'd love to see the paperwork from GMVVS on this. You would see the odd blue 400 back in 73 but a 455 is something. This had to be a customer ordered car. Does it have dual or single exhaust? In any case a great score.

Yes on the dual exhaust, was bought new at Stampede Pontiac  Buick Ltd. delivered to a Mr.W.R. Jennings on 02/13/73

Was still registered and insured to him. Can do on pictures in a few days. Thanks for the kind remarks on this old girl.

Congrats!  I was considering asking my brother in Calgary to go out and put a bid on it for me, but I'm glad I didn't get around to it, since you were able to get it.

I'm a fan of those cars too as I had a regular 350 '73 Lemans back in high school.  This one looks really really nice and I have to say I've never seen one in person with a factory sunroof.

That's a great score, especially in its survivor condition, and the 455 would be a bonus for me - kind of a luxury GTO in a sense.

BTW, for those in the know, shouldn't there be a 455 emblem in the grille, below the Pontiac script?  I thought they all had engine designation below the script unless the Luxury Lemans didn't have it.

Enjoy your beautiful car!!!

That car is about one month older than mine. Luxury LeMans did not get engine callouts on the grille, but if you must....

Nice car Wayne, but I'm a little biased! Does it need anything, other than a callout emblem?

The car is dry, it's had a good life prior to my ownership, will be just as good now that I have her, if not better.

It would be safe to say she was garage kept for most of the time judging by interior etc.. I am still amazed at all the options

and they work lol. On a scale of one to ten, she is an easy seven plus.

On the emblem, a fellow member was very kind to send one out at N/C. A big thank you 73SC.
