1967 Beaumont 2 door Hard Top

Hello, I am looking for a picture or an illustrations of how to mount the rear window rubber seal. located just above the door striker.

I looked in my pdf version Body by Fisher, nothing came close to indicating how to mount the seal.

I have both seals and they are identified by RH and LH,  my question is : do they go inside the rear 1/3 panel? or is the indicator LH on the outside

Any help would be  appreciated

Thanks

Dale

Sorry I don't think I can help but from the attached picture, which seal are you asking about? The horse shoe that goes on the door frame (top right) or the long skinny one that is attached to the side glass (bottom left)?$(KGrHqV,!ikE5ev,UteCBOfgt4ukuQ~~60_57.JPG

Thanks for the reply, I have attached a picture of the door pillar and the rubber seal

, the one you show ( horse shoe shaped) looks a bit different than the one I got, where is this rubber kit from?

Those  U shaped seals are inside the quarters on my 70, 000 mile '66 Beaumont...

DEJ's picture is incorrect. The seals should mount from inside the 1/4 facing out through the opening. The screws go in from the jamb side, through the holes in the panel and into the seal. On the ones I have the "LH" marking would be inside the panel facing rearward.

Glad you got it sorted out as I've never owned an earlier than 69 A body. The pic I up loaded was just a generic one I found when I did a quick search to help confirm which seal you were talking about.

Best of success with the build.

Great Thanks Guys

They are installed from the inside and fit like a glove.
