BFG tires on Pontiac Rally rims

for sale to Ontario area members (just for convience)    

4   P245/60R014 BFG RWL  on 14x6 Pontiac rims with centres and trim rings    OMG   I made a error    should read  Fourteen inch

asking 595.00 for tires and rims     tires are 85% tread     would work on 14x7  rims as well

date codes     wow      Tires were put on car in 2009      Maybe you should pass on these....

          yes   they are really needing to be on 14x7's      but remember at a flea market, they would be sold as 14x7's disbelief  measuring  the rims edges, not the bead seats.....

 

         The tires are mint mint   I guess I will dismount them and run myself on our V8 S10    I wouldn't want to sell mint 5 year old tires, that were dangerous..   My daily driver has BFG tires I sold myself in 2004    maybe me 30 years of tire sales makes me a good judge of condition of tires  lol    

         The rims I can get 3.00 each for at the scrapper

Am I the only one noticing the ad says "on 15x6 Pontiac rims"?

Must have been a hell of a tire man to stretch those 14" tires onto 15" wheels.

......quote from BFG specs, 245 / 60 require a 7-8.5" rim . These T/A's last a long time, I have never had them crack up and I run a few cars on them, some are probably 20 years old.

66 Grande Parisienne, 2dr HT, 327 4bbl, Auto.

Had the 66 since about 83 and the 65 since 88.
Both still require a lot of work.
