Trying my first attempt with a video here so will see what happens. This is what I have been idling through my quiet neighbourhood this summer. I know most of you guys are big block lovers but I have to say I am partial to these small blocks. See what happens here. Should add the 640 h.p. make it enjoyable too.

It sounds aggressive = more like a big block than my big block. The video worked out well Jerel, never get tired of hearing the rumble of eight healthy cylinders.
I just shake my head when I hear the noise of the "tuner" cars. We were out in our Trans Am a couple of weeks back and a kid in the city kept beside us at every light, revving up his imported-whatever-it-was, dumping the clutch and generally beating on it trying to get me to race him. Finally as he was making a left and leaving the street we were on a slipped our car into neutral and gave it one good solid blast to let him know what a REAL car should sound like!
Agreed, a healthy V8 sound just can't be beat.
With apologies to the Viper guys, I think a V8 sounds even better than they do...

Will just add that I've had a neat opportunity this year taking care of some great cars. Sort of a dream for a car guy to get paid to maintain and take these cars to cruise ins and car shows. This is one of four that I've kept in my garage this summer. This car was built by the Roadster Shop in Illinois and man it handles like a dream. I will see if I can find some of my pictures of the other three later.

That's riding on some serious rubber, looks like great Autocross candidate.
Is the suspension and handling tuned as well as it looks? Nice stance

Carl, whats a tuner car? Is it an imported right hand drive Toyota 2 inches off the pavement with
high RPM like the one I blew the doors off of with my BBC Beaumont this AM? Don't think he enjoyed
Looks like a lot of work done to that Chevelle. Seeing all the rubber and the underfloor pans, etc, gives the indication that it is definitely further from stock than the upper body suggests.
I have a link for the build of the car which has many of the details. See if I can pull it up here. No success so I will need some help from some of you experts. Easiest is to google up Super Chevy 1970 Chevelle roadster build by the Roadster Shop. Hopefully someone can find it meanwhile I will try once more.
