Sway Bar questions...........

OK.....assuming ALL 59-64 front sway bars are dimensionally the same....is there a larger "bolt on" one available that will allow me to use/keep the stock power steering set up?

Also, thinking about a rear bar....anything from a later year fit?

I bought an ADDCO 706 1 inch front bar, but haven't installed it yet. From all accounts it is supposed to clear the stock power steering parts, but I've read online about a couple of installation tweaks. You have to reuse the driver's side sway bar bracket because that is where the power steering ram attaches, and getting the new bushing inside the old bracket is apparently a bit of work. The new bushings and brackets are a bit bigger than stock. Also, the end link kit supplied seems to be on the shorter side.

ADDCO also makes a matching rear bar, but drilling into the trailing arms for mounting doesn't seem like the most elegant solution.

Hellwig and Hotchkiss also make bars, but they cost a bunch more, and I'm not certain about the compatibility with the stock steering setup.
