......can you see where it is leaking from ? .....rear seal on the drive shaft ? , front seal thus dripping out the flywheel cover ? , speedo cable gear adapter ?, tranny line fitting , oil filler tube , modulator valve , or ??? check to see if the breather pipe on top is plugged maybe ?
Is the car driven very often? Is it slow to change into drive after putting selector into D? Low fluid in torque converter makes shifting sluggish. Rear tail seal? Burping out dipstick tube if car isn't driven often.

Best I could tell last I saw, it's coming down the drivers side to the bottom of the assembly and dripping from there. I'll be the first to admit, I don't know the first thing about autos, been a stick man my whole life. This was my first auto and I figured, hell it's a 2-speed, perfect training ground.
From what I remember(had the car a year now, just getting serious now), it had a slow leak for about a month. I was topping up the fluid as needed. The leak increased in frequency to the point it will drain out a whole fill overnight. Is bad...

No its not being driven often, and no it isn't too slow to shift. No burping either, thank god..
........I would suggest you get the car up on a hoist and take a good look. Since it was a recent rebuild , it could be something as simple as the oil pan bolts are loose and it is leaking past the pan gasket. I don't know if yours has a drain plug on the pan but if it does then that could be loose too. To lose all the oil overnight is almost impossible as the pan should never drain unless it has a crack in it or if has a drain plug that is loose. All other seals, gear selector shaft , speedo drive etc are all up higher and impossible to lose all the oil sitting.
Not sure if this helps....... lost all fluid overnight from recently rebuilt 700R4
filler tube housing cracked at case o ring from vibration... new ring siliconed and set.
holding so far....until next time, LOL
I remember years ago when our impala used to sit it would dump its fluid through the vent. We would catch it in a big roasting pan and dump it back in before we started it to move the car the next time. We did this for years and spoke to several people that said this was normal when they sit !?!?!?!?!
When they sit for a period of time the T/converter will drain back into trans. causing a over fill situation. Had a 56 Chevy long time ago that would 'dump' it's fluid when stored. Refilled it & fired it up, never leaked unless it sat for a couple of days or a week!!!!
