Don't ya hate it when....

bugger! put many hours into fitting up my fuel injection setup, plumbing, wiring etc etc then realised i didn't know the cam specs and should have changed it anyway.....maybe with a lot of effort might get it right with a cam wheel etc....but...its an ex ski boat motor so not really best for the street.. Off it all came, out with the cam and today start installing a tidy little crane cam and lifters....dumb dumb and dumber.

That sucks. What type of fuel injection setup are you using?

Thanks hawkeye! unfortunately my tig is not suitable for Alu, which is fortunate because I don't have a enough experience doing alu! Temptation would have made me have a go and  make a right royal mess....so I farmed it out for $120 biggrin. The rest I did including fuel rails etc. Believe it or not I used a level app on my iphone to ensure the alignment of drill stand and bit and fuel rail when making them.
