Trailer overhaul....OCD !


So...the trailer has served me well..basic maintenance over the last 15 years...

what started out as putting some new planks...turned into this...

left to do...blast and squirt the wheels.

Yeah..there not order..

i trimmed 5" out of the fenders,,,just didn't look right

Just the wheels left to do, or buy new when they go on sale at princess..

brakes are all done, everything coated with never seize, wheel bearings and seals....

good for another 15 years...

 

the bead roller is a cheap one from Woodward fab...under $200 , but does a great job, 18" throat.
