61-64 Grand Prix, Catalina standard drive shaft

Would anyone know where I could fine a drive shaft for those vehicles. Unless the automatic and the standard are same length but I doubt very much. I am converting from auto to standard.

thanks for your help. It is really appreciated.

Merry Christmas,

I've bought a few things from Frank's but someone will probably have one or a source much closer

"Pontiac Drive Shafts $55-$180 each (most). We have drive shafts for most Pontiacs in stock including some station wagons. Our drive shafts all come with the yoke and are not dented or rust pitted. Please, email us for the price and availability of the specific drive shaft you are looking for."

If the yoke and universal joints aren't changing then just find a machine shop to make the right length.
Have an address in Toronto/Brampton but unfortunately not in La Belle Province.

Are you using the "correct" 4spd. trans. for this car??? Original was a "long" tail shaft !!! so if your using a general run of the mill 4 gear it's much shorter. ALSO the "CORRECT" bell hsg. pattern for trans "Tips the trans. at a slight angle to fit in the tight transmission tunnel!!! any other Pontiac Bell will put the trans. straight up & down, so get out the BFH & start pounding out the tunnel to make it fit!!!
