Hi guys I picked these really cool books up on kijiji a while back and they really clear up a few things for me and maybe will for some of you guys too. They were used by the GM training guys presumably in the summer before the new models came out to educate the dealers staff on what was new for the year in Pontiac, Beaumont, Acadian and GMC truck.
The 66 one is quite a bit thicker as they go into quite a bit of detail on the brand new quadrajet but the 67 one has quite bit more to say on the new truck line that year.
I have excepted and photo'd some of the pages of the 66 one to see if you guys find it of interest. Given the limitations of my email setup I'm not sure how to put up all of both books but if you want that and you know a way let me know and I 'll post them. It would be great if we could find more of these as they present all the new feature info much more thoroughly than the brochures do.
For your reading pleasure then. ( I hope these jpegs are readable.)
My pleasure guys. A couple of the things I noticed was that there was a mention that the 340 and 400 horse 409's were cancelled for 1966 which leads to a pretty strong implication (again) that they were available right through the 65 model year in Canada The table that shows the intended applications for 10 bolt and 12 bolt rears (3 link and four link) is interesting as well.

His name is Marvin Welch and imagine some folks in the Poncho club have done business with him. I have done a lot of buying from him and everything I have received am very pleased with. If I was to approach him with the idea of possibly reproducing your books so you could sell them to club members would you consider it? Thanks from Bob.

Hi Bob, read the last paragraph in the book's intro.:
Who knows what is in the public domain ... best to contact GM Oshawa before doing so, especially when selling the repros.
