I got my gasket kit for my 2 239's of ebay,not exactly cheap at 230.00 plus shipping but they are good quality and come with every gasket and seal you'll need.As for the wife,remind her she can be replaced but they stopped making 54 Pontiacs a long time ago.
I've got a few spares I've collected. Try the Cdn. source and if that doesn't work I'll spring one. I hate to ship anything north as the duties are killer on you.
