Beaumont Steering Wheel?

I am looking for an answer to what I believe to be a reasonably difficult question
regarding the year and application of the pictured steering wheel and horn ring.
I have enlarged the centre emb;em to make it more identifiable.
Help please.

I agree with guru, it looks fake, offset crooked D? Not the quality GM would produce. I believe 68-69 had the pontiac spear for center of the wheel.

Thanks guys.
What about the layout of the horn ring?
What GM application would that be?
I would appreciate your opinions and input.

I think 68 had a 3 spoke & 69 had a 2 spoke . Both have a maple leaf
In the center.
I'm not sure , but from what I've seen.
May vary to a 3 spoke on base model 69's.

I think you are right about the 68 - 69 steering wheel layout.
The 68 had two maple leafs and the 69 one.
The steering wheel I have pictured is installed on a 68 Beaumont
but I believe it may have another application?
Thanks again

. Maybe see you can find a part number, usually underneath in collar.

Thanks guys, I think you are right.
I did a little looking and sure enough it definitely looks like '67 Buick.
Yet to be confirmed though.
Thanks for your input

Thanks very much for your input. Some great pictures of a '68 Beaumont steering wheel centre, amazing that it was on your '69. I think that it was established that the steering wheel I pictured is probably Buick. The pictures you posted will help others identify theirs.
Thanks again smile

Yes , I wonder if it was an early production 69 car that used left over parts from 68 ????
