Front Bumper Arrowhead for '68

The front bumper Pontiac arrowhead emblem on my '68 Parisienne needs replacing. I was told reproductions are not available for full size. Well I found one for a '68 Firebird and it is identical except the studs are out by approximately 3/8" each (closer together). Has anyone ever made one of these work? Or is there another one same or closer to original? Here's pictures comparing to my wall hanger.

I ground off the studs on some 427 emblems and used two sided tape    work for me

Not sure with the curve of the bumper nose and the emblem if tape would hold. Was it a special autobody grade tape you used?

I ground off the studs and glued mine on with "Shoe Goo" or similar.

This was 5 years ago and it still looks perfect.

Just curious, did you use the one for the Firebird or something else?
