Parts car, Yep, 20 yrs of sitting in grass I'll bet she's "DONE" on the bottom side!!!! Well worth it if your doing another one, looks like there's lots of "stuff " to play with!!!! Money pit to try & revive????

I'm betting I can get that block unsiezed, haven't found one yet that I couldn't free up. There's always a first though. Pull heads, drop crank and pull cam, fill cylinder bores with... let set, grab block of wood and sledge hammer, have a nice day. Piston will be out in short order.
