I have the same one on my 69 Beaumont and is also cracked. You will have a hard time finding a used non cracked one. But they do reproduce them and have seen them on ebay. This is one from ground up . See link below. You just have to find the maple leaf emblem that bolts on to the centre . I think they come in different colours.

If you can't find it online anywhere try going to swap meets in your area. You'd be amazed at what you can pick up/find. Take a picture with you if you can't remember exact details. Just a suggestion.
Are you located anywhere near any other Canadian Poncho members? You need to get yourself into a group of ....ahem......"veterans" (polite term for old farts) who can help you out with times and places for the swap meets etc. I see you're in Ontario, there must be lots of CP members around you.
