A 1994 Buick Roadmaster has a piece of plastic cover that acts as some sort of barrier that blocks the cables and assortment from view. Did the early pontiacs have something like this?

Unlike our new cars, there are almost no wires under there to worry about. The ones that are there are held together with tape and held in position with a couple of cable clips.
