The painted panels on that 57 look like lace paint circa 1970-72. I get it and I think that sedan delivery looks pretty nice.

Nice delivery. Looks like he needs a pair of the dreaded (and expensive) rear bumper end caps.

I actually don't like the "parchment-like" paint fills ... just my opinion.

The wheels look great on that vehicle.

Your right on that. That paint job is original to around that period. The car has been sitting in a garage till a few years ago.

 I'm with you, nice looking wagon and wheels, but the period paint fills are a bit yucky looking to my eye.

 Bumper Bolt.

There is a bracket/brace that runs back to the frame and it bolts to the side of the bumper.
