Talked to the owner of this little gem today, he's dropped the price to $3000. The ad is gone from Kijiji but I can get you in touch if you want a reliable daily driver with a frugal 170 6 and 3 speed bolt action. Its a great little commuter car or car to buzz around town doing errands. Does well on the highway as well. Best thing is it was a BC car its entire life until it was driven to Toronto in 1999, parked in a garage and only saw the light of day two falls a go. Started and satisfied no issues at all. Built in Oakville ON.

When I took my motor vehicle repair, mechanical in 1966, my partner and I got a Corvair flat six for our initial take apart, measure everything, reassemble and make run. That was a nightmare.
Next we got to do a complete overhaul on a public submitted auto as our final. Well, we got a 1962 Comet 170 cid straight six to rebuild. After the Corvair this was a gift from the gods. Nothing more simple.
Just brought back some old memories. Ours was blue ,though.
