any body out ther got a set of winter tires and rims to fit my 2015 vw Passat or even just the tires

You shouldn't have spent all your money on the car so you could just buy another nice set of VW rims and some winter grips. You are going to look under the mattress for a little more.

I lived out west my son was born in Calgary but Ontario is the best place to live

I would need some rim and tires for the winter as well. But mines a 2014 passat. And ontario is ontario. It has its up and downs.
