That looks totally worth $1200.00.

Sure wish that were in the prairies. All the good projects are out east. : (

It's at the other end of the province from me. After reading the ad I assume it does not have the original drivetrain. May be worth checking into.

I wonder how long it's been sitting in the grass?

From the original ad: "Bought new by my brother in 1969."

From the current ad: "I bought it 4? Years ago from the brother of the original owner"

Current ad uses the same photos as the original ad, so maybe it's in a place where good photos can't be taken.

From the ad, it doesn't sound like anything has been done on it in the past 4 years.  It does have extra parts with it that the original ad didn't mention, so that may be the reason for the increased price (though the parts may have come with the car, who knows...)

It might still be worth the price, but my impression is that projects like this are harder to sell these days, as aging car guys are less wanting to take on involved projects like this, and paint costs a fortune.

Not my place to judge, but sounds like the current owner realizes he will never finish it, and wants to cash out.

I did PM the seller a week or so ago. The frame has been replaced from an Impala.

If I were to get another 69 Pontiac I'd want it to be a factory big block car or a super low mileage survivor.
