I've decided to sell my wagon. I bought it in August 2004 from a guy in Niagara Falls, Ont. I'm the 3rd owner. It is an LT1 car. The car has been painted once, in November 2002 at Chippawa Auto Body in Niagara Falls. I have all the receipts from the previous owners in a binder, and some photos fom then as well.
I flew to Hamilton, and the owner picked me up at the airport, we did the deal, got a paper tag, and I immediately set off for home through the Sarnia crossing. I went to Chicago, Kansas City, and then on home.
Since I've had it, I've added;
Bilstein shocks
Hotchkis front sway bar and rear boxed lower control arms
304 stainless steel long tube tri-Y headers by Stan from Seattle.
Jardine cat back exhaust system
RAISS intake system (Ram Air)
Programming to remove speed limiter, lower idle speed, raise shift points, and a couple of other misc things.
AM/FM CD player from 2000 S10 that has the speed controled radio volume
15 X 8 GM truck rally wheels painted black
Air pump removed (but still have it)
Still have stock intake
Spare parts I have for it;
3 rear windows
1 set rear vent windows
spare passenger fender with power antenna
new upper and lower ball joints
Impala SS grille
spare air dam pieces
spare door rubber
spare window struts
spare tail lights
spare headlights
2 spare wagon axle shafts. Try and buy these anywhere!
I have a little bracket that I bought from Carl Stevenson 8 or 9 years ago that bolts to the trans to attach a floor shift cable. I was going to do a 96 Impala SS floor shift conversion, never got the parts.
Every time I saw a wagon in the pick your part, I grabbed what I could from it
There's lots more I am forgetting
The car needs some TLC. There's things I've been meaning to do, and it has been sitting in the garage all winter waiting for days warm enough to work in. The garage is not heated.
A couple of the windows need rollers.
There are squeaks and rattles
It has an oil leak that I haven't had time to find
Scrape in the front bumper
Scuff on the rear bumper
Some chips in the paint from a mower
crack in the windshield
Needs a brake line
Drivers floor is soft
The car is currently registered and insured in Alberta. Storage ins. right now
To be registered in another province, you'd need to put catalytic converters on it and replace the brake line.
If someone was to buy this, I would be willing to deliver it as long as the deal covered my trip back home. I'd love another long trip in it
I downloaded a build sheet on line that showed it as 1 of 2 Silver 95 wagons equipped that way. Can't seem to find it though.
Now for the photos. I'll post the newest photos I have of it, and I took photos of the lower body the other day.
I'm asking $4500.00 for it which I think is a reasonable price considering how rare these are, and the work that it needs.
Like I said, there will be a carload of stuff to go with it once I pull it out and go through the boxes of stuff.

I have been looking for a wagon as a parts car for awhile, just in case I ever got rear ended, and I found this one. It's also a 95, hit a moose, and has no engine, trans, gas tank or dash. The guy wants $2000.00 for it. He deals in ex RCMP cars and has a ton of parts for them. It has good quarters, a good frame, and the floor is almost perfect. However, business has slowed down so much that I had to pass on it.
I'll post photos to show what a $2000.00 Caprice wagon looks l
there is a guy in Old Autos looking for a 94 in good or excellent condition, FWIW. Ph or text 416-564-3817, Ajax.

John, you likely know that little bracket you bought from me long ago is worth some good money now. I see guys looking for them to do those floor shift conversions and it seems nobody has them.
Good luck with your sale, it's sad to see you selling because you have to.

I've put the insurance back on the car and will start driving it when my driveway melts which will be any day. I need to sell this by the end of the month as I've had a job offer in Victoria BC.
I may take it to the swap meet in Red Deer next Saturday, although time is cramped for me.
Car sold today at the Red Deer swap meet, well across the street anyway. The new owner has a 68 Beaumont 4 dr sedan that he's been working on. I've told him about the site.
I met the interested party outside the lot so he could drive it. I did go in afterward but didn't stay long. Had to zip home for company and then go to a going away party.
Sorry I didn't meet anyone from here, but did talk to a potential new member. Nice lady with a 63 Acadian looking for parts. Showed her the site on my phone, and she was quite interested. She's a Red Deer resident.
Thanks Carl. I have mixed feelings about it. It was one of my favorite cars. Did a lot of different things with it, including the Friday Night Street Legal drags at Castrol Raceway. Drove it across the country when i first bought it and got 31 mpg at about 75 mph across the states. It's going to a good home though.
