Hello all....old member, back at last!!!

So, it's been a loooooooong time since I've posted on here, or had a chance to work upon my 56 Ponti. Due to my previous relationship breaking down, moving house and starting over, a little bit of illness, meeting somebody new, and other projects, it's been a while!! But though  of that I've hung on to my 56 Pontiac four door Laurentian. The new girlfriend is into classic cars (unlike the last one) and once  showed her the Pontiac, she has been on at me to finish it off and get her back on the road. For those that don't know my car, it turns out it's quite rare as its a right hand drive model. Which is handy, as I'm in the UK, and we drive on the left over here.  I'll start a thread about the car soon, and hopefully keep you all up to speed on its progress. Regards Tim......

Wow!! Thanks for that..
I was just looking to see if I had any pictures to upload to show other members, but I only have pics of small areas that I needed to refer back to whilst work progressed. I don't even have copies of these pictures, as they where on my ex,s computer, just one more thing I left behind!! One big thing that has changed since I've been on here is that I was going to leave the car red and white as you see it in these pictures, but I have decided to put it back into its original pale green and white. It seems like the correct thing to do, and there's far too many red and white cars over here already. Tim...

Har Har.....The nickname Pixi was given to me by my brother and sister when I was about five years old. Apparently, I was short, with big ears, so I looked like a Pixi. I've had it now for approximately 44 years, and many people only refer to me by it. Cheers Tim aka Pixi....

Welcome back pixidogg - from another Brit member. I know of a few RHD cars in my area if you're interested, although most are '60s cars. Where are you situated in Blighty?
