Which mufflers to use?

Hi,

Just looking at a pair of mufflers to suit a 2 1/4" dual system for a mildly worked 350 Chevy small block. (In my Australian delivered Pontiac Parisienne). I've narrowed it down to the Dynomax Performance VT muffler, the Dynomax Ultra Flow and the Borla ProXS muffler. Anyone using any of these mufflers at all? Any recommendations? Thanks in advance.

Not being a fan of borla, too raspy, I'd go with the sumo max ultra flows if you can't get flow masters :)

And as for flow masters , I'd go with 40 or super 40 series, I guess it depends on what you want out of your exhaust, if you don't want a lot of resonance , go with a 40 series delta flow !

I've heard from a few different people that the Flow masters drone a lot. I don't know cause I've never had them on a car before. I have a stainless dual 2 1/4" system. Don't really want the car sounding too loud, crackly or droning. Don't really wanna be deaf at the end of a days cruising !!

That where the delta flow technology comes in its supposed to cut down considerably on any drone , basically any chambered muffler will cut back on drone
