Heard through the "grape Vine' that this was coming up for sale, hooked up the trailer & drove to Ottawa yesterday, & it followed me home. Been sitting in a warehouse after the owners husband passed away & she decided she had to let it go. 69 Cutlass S rag top, 350 w/ turbo 350, all new floor pans, brakes all done & converted to "disc" new dual exhaust with "flow masters" new M/cyl. & booster, new tires & 15" Cragar S/S. Needs a few minor things done but solid "STRAIGHT " car!!!! A good scrub of interior & new door panels & carpet should do the trick. Pwr. windows & top & Ant. Will be calling Dale at NOS for Interior pieces on Monday. Looks like a "ton" of $ was spent on this, & unfortunately they didn't get to enjoy this car, but a perfect replacement for me ,selling the Avanti 2 weeks ago, and looking at empty bay in the garage. Looked at 2 or 3 cars that were on KIJIJI, & after driving to Owen Sound, & then Hamilton to see POS's took the chance again but this trip paid off!!!!
WOW! Great score Pete! You will REALLY enjoy this one!
My favourite car I ever owned was a '68 442 'vert! I'm a Olds fan.

While I'm not normally a huge Cragar S/S fan, they look just right on that Olds. No need to change a thing as they are a perfect period piece in the perfect size. The colour is nice and I can almost hear that low frequency rumble of the Olds Rocket V8.
I love to hack around in Paint Shop Pro. Below is a 69 F85 Sports Coupe as it appears in the brochure, then the same after I added hood stripes, Rocket Wheels w redlines, a simulated wood wheel, plus the W-31 Ram Rod 350 with under bumper scoops. The W-31 was a record holder in dragging circles.
that scoop setup looks impressive but i can just imagine the rubbish that would vacuum up while driving!!
