Considering replacing my Retrosound Model 1 as the digital display cant be read in the daylight. 

Enquired about having it repaired and no one seem willing to tackle the job.

I like the fact that the Model 2 is Bluetooth compatible 

One question will it be compatible with my Android  Samsung S5 phone.

Are there any local dealers that could sell this item to me at Canadian Dollars?

Any input appreciated

Thanks for the web info.   I had actually looked at that earlier but I have been looking at so many sites I got frustrated and decided to post here .

The video that accompany the companies Retrosound ad is very interesting and reassures me that I am making the right choice.

I tried to look up my specific model  67 Impala but it didnt come up.  I have sent off an email and hopefully will get a response.

i asked them if one could be made to look like my original radio
heading off on another cruise tomorrow but i may go and pay them a visit
when i get back.

Called to place an order and found out that they did not have my radio in stock but would substitute a VW unit that he said would work.  I went to the web site to place the order and tried to order the auxiliary USB mount and found that wasn't in stock either. 

I checked the Retrosound USA website and they had it all in stock at US dollars.

Sent a couple of emails to CIP advising them I was in no rush. 

Should have the unit by the first week in June.

 

I was not in a real rush for this so I don't mind waiting till the proper unit is available.

I hope it works out, canadian companies have got to get better customer relations or is it just their american counter parts who dont care.
