Carrier bearings

I need to replace a set of carrier bearings and wondering if these a 'standard' item for a 12 bolt - 3 series carrier?  Or are there multiple possibilities?  Existing race is #LM603012, (bearing # unknown) and research finds bearing #LM603049 should be correct, but apparently there may be others that fit that race..... confuse

All 65-72 Chevrolet car style 12 bolts should use the numbers you stated, yes.

Thanks Carl, it's what I figured. Hopefully the new parts will be an improvement.

Timken Canada - made LM603012 by the millions / 1200 cups a shift.
- Manufacturing facility in St. Thomas, ON. now closed plant (following 2008 downturn)
- jobs moved to USA facilities
