rear defrost

Just for the fun of it, I restored a neat 6 votls fan to use as a rear defrost....if needed, ok I know what you are thinking.

While I'm here, I'll make a post on powersteering our cars..

Ok back to the fan, I fix the motor, a 2 speeds fan, send to chrome the grill and fan, paint the motor housing and this is itIMG_0751.JPGIMG_0840.JPGIMG_0839.JPGIMG_0919.JPGIMG_0920.JPGIMG_1696.JPGIMG_1819.JPGIMG_1820.JPG!

Nice job on the fan. Looks good and definitely not out of place. You could call it a dealer installed option. My dad had a '54 Ford pickup with one of those mounted on the dash. Oh and nice touch using the proper 6volt wire.

It is a "little wonder" of a fan! Love it!

The fan is perfect like it is....very very nice......just for fun I try to imagine a little red pinstripping on the fan blades.....

.....what would be the effect from outside when turning?

You have way too much money if you sent that fan out for chroming biggrin JUST KIDDING!

Looks great but you need to add a heating element for Canadian winters, eh?
