1968 Pontiac Parisienne 2 door Sport Coupe - SAFETY

Fresh Safety good until July 7, 2017
Original numbers matching 327 with camel hump 2.02 heads
Turbo 400 with Transgo shift kit (2015),
Runs and drives great.
Ceramic coated Hooker headers (2014) and complete exhaust with Magnaflow mufflers (2013)
Edelbrock carb (2013)
3:73 gears with Duragrip posi (2015)
Paint is very close to show quality.
Seats are in very good condition, the seat covers can be pulled back to show you.
See GM report regarding factory options in the pictures

The car still has the factory upper ball joints, the lowers were just changed. This is a strong indication that this car only has 79,000 Miles.
Car is registered and I drive it often.

Very nice. As per board rules a price needs to be posted.

I had the identical car in the mid '90's and it went on to be a 'derby car-demolition derby that is. I wish I had that car today. It was fun to drive...........

Sounds like Manitoba is on yearly safety timeline.

Yes, in MB a safety is only good for a year. But once you have a safety, you don't have to do another unless you sell the car after the safety expires.

Same as PEI.

Actually in PEI a vehicle that meets the governments interpretation of an antique vehicle (and thus is eligible for antique plates) is exempt from annual inspections.
The document can be found here:

When my mother was alive and lived in N.B.   I visited several times, and took her car for a "annual inspection"

It involved making sure brakes, and lights, and horn, worked...  no removal of wheels or looking under    10-15 min  30.00 plus tax

In Ontario a  "Safety Inspection "  is far more invasive....

If a car is "inspected" and good for a year, that certainly doesn't mean much  (to me)
