Passenger side mirrors were not available on these cars, and I've seen a couple people try to put drivers side manual ones on the passenger side with mixed results. It looks like you've got a remote mirror on the drivers side.
I wonder if the US Pontiac is the same? Ames Perfomance has a right hand one that is "similar", but thinner than the remote mirror. Most of these old mirrors were not convex and were almost useless for seeing things other than when backing into a parking spot.

There were other RH remote mirrors available on other GM, never looked but you may find one like yours off a Buick, Olds, etc.

70's & 80's GM have the type you are looking for, not sure how the bases would line up and you might have to change the driver one too to get a match. I remember these on the Olds, they had a manual remote knob on both sides. Thanks for the comments on the 63, find a 69 3 on the tree and do a conversion to a 4 speed.

Been looking for a 69 Buick right side mirror for over 6 years now. They do exist as they're in the parts book. Also I've seen an NOS one on kijiji but I just didn't have $400 to spend on it when the car is for sale.
This is probably a similar story for Pontiac. BTW the Buick looks nothing like your original post pic.
I'm considering buying an after market set that would mount in the same drivers side holes.
I decided to revisit some older pics I took at an Alberta scrap yard about 2 years ago. They show a 69 Parisienne with mirrors on both sides. Now whether they're originals or not I have no way of knowing. PM me and I'll share the contact info with you.
