Curious if the trunk rod spings were the same for a few years or not. I know of a set from a 69 Cutlass and am curious if it will fit a few of our years of A bodies. I had thrown a couple sets of these away and since then have been asked a few times if I had some as guys have them periodically break them.

Hi Jerel. Here's a couple of photos from my Cutlass parts book. I would imagine the rods all had different tensions because the trunk lids were different weights from year to year 68 - 72 would have had the same weight. They will work, but might make the trunk go up faster.
