Seats are different, only front clip is the same body wise, frame same, mechanical stuff/drivetrain the same, bumpers same, side and rear glass different, side trim different except front fenders (for same model). dash same, wiring same. Not sure about trunk lids, some are definitely different.

On a 2 door, the front seat has a split back to allow the backrests to lean forward for access to the rear seat. On a 4 door the front seat has a 1 piece back.
On a 2 door, the rear seat bottom portion is likely fairly straight across, whereas on a 4 door the rear seat bottom portion is likely rounded by the door openings. The backrest is also likely different.
