Headline says it all.  I want an "A" body complete differential 12 bolt, coil spring from a full size Canadian Pontiac or Chevrolet.  I can come get the right part in Ontario hopefully.

This gear set was donated to me by Mark  (Cdnpontiac)   for my 67 Impala    Turned out that I had a 10 bolt and this wouldn't fit

If it works it is yours as I had it donated.

I just sold a 12 bolt B body axle to a guy last week. He didn't want to pay too much so I removed the posi carrier and he put an open with 308 gears that he had in to it.

Yes excuse the brain lapse.  I have been working with "A" pillar trim lately and lost track of the alphabet.   Just like I used to say I had an A on a test only to be corrected later that it was a B.

The 66 Biscayne I bought has a 10 bolt, with the PG and 283.  I would like to use it occasionally to pull a trailer so the 283 will leave and take its PG friend with it.  I was hoping to find a complete B body 12 bolt with a gear set appropriate for all around driving and also that occasional trailer pull.  For now it will be easier for me to use the turbo 400 I have on hand, so no O/D means something like a 3:55 to 3:90 gear set.

Any suggestions, information, experiences are welcomed.

Cliff,  that is very generous of you.  I have lots of odd lot parts and Books and Magazines I would be willing to trade with you or at the least make a donation to CP on your behalf.

Are you in Ontario?

Oshawa Ontario

No need for books or anything.

Make the donation in Mark's name as he was the one who donated it to me

How far are you from Oshawa
Could we meet somewhere convenient?
