I added a fourth Canadian Pontiac to the fold. This one is a bare bones 58 strato chief. Bought originally by probably the cheapest fella out there in 58. No radio, no clock, no auto trans, no power steering, 261 six cylinder and four doors of glory but I love it.
'64 Parisienne CS "barn find" - last on the road in '86 ... Owner Protection Plan booklet, original paint, original near-mint aqua interior, original aqua GM floor mats, original 283, factory posi, and original rust.
Juho, what a beautiful looking 58, i think i am in love. From where i am standing all that car needs is a little bit of detailing. Congrats on the ownership of a very sweet looking car. Cheers. George

Well, not THE cheapest, since it has two-tone paint
Nice car, glad you are preserving it, 58's had many unique things going for them, one-year-only body (and the rear quarter roofline was one of them, even the moredoor looked good), one-year-only frame, very nice find for you, happy happy!

Thanks for all the car love. I started in this hobby with 4 doors when I was young. Haven't had one in 15 years. This one just looks so classy and right as a 4 door. Perfect family cruiser with the kids. In the shape this one was in I would have had to probably pay 2.5 to 3 times as much for a two door version. Had to go for it, was too pretty to pass up. With this and my 60 and 62 I think I am done now, and will probably look to move my 59 along as its too much for me to build.
