Does anyone know if they ran the old picture of my mom and dad standing by the car? I was hoping they would, but haven't seen it yet...

.......yup - cameo appearances  of mom and pop, yourself and your son..........nice article throughout

It was actually out in the mailbox! Turned out nice, I think. Not the best photo of me, but as they say, that's what I looked like that day! My Dad died 20+ years ago, but I'm sure my mom will be excited she's on most of the newstands in America...

Car has a little more rake than it should, I think I should take another half or full inch out of the rear, perhaps?

They have a black & white picture of your folks with the car, plus another of you as a little tyke with your dad.

Actually a black & white photo of your car could actually be considered "colour" wink

Cool also that they have my car's American Twin, a black 427/390 Impala. Of course I think the Pontiac look makes for a WAY nicer car, but I'm biased!

Here it is online, though you have to be a subscriber to see more than the first page or so:

Looks like you can see the pics, at least.

The photographer said I could share them AFTER they went to print. And I should give him the credit, Eric English. He did the writeup as well. Here are some of the better original photos... the ones on the website have a weird over-saturation to them.

Very nice pics. Everything about that car is sharp. I agree with bringing the rear end down a bit.

Just finished reading the article and I must say the pics were great, the writeup was right on and you came across like a typical Canuck, which is to say modest and realistic about what you've got.

Great all round!
