I don't remember where exactly I got this pic but I recall it was dated 64. I think this is a Canadian Pontiac because I can just make out the V8 emblem on the bottom rear of the front fender. It doesn't have the big rocker moldings so its not a Bonneville or Custom Sport. The location is the Pompano fishing pier (still there but a bit decrepit looking) in Pompano Beach Florida. The color of the front plate is right for a 64 Quebec plate so maybe a snowbird?
Opposed wipers, mirror on fender. long name on rear quarter would suggest bonneville.
